I'm in love with this woman.
Everything about her speaks to me. Ever since I saw her in Mad Men, I had to partially keep Zoey Deschanel-my biggest girl crush of all time-in the darkness.
I was, am, completely infatuated with this woman. Not only do I consider her beautiful, but her body is just fantastic.
So I had to share this pictures taken earlier this year for Esquire magazine.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Especially the one below, it's my favorite.

I should start out with the fact that I'm wearing my favorite bra of all time. It is a Wonderbra and I adore it so much that I typically only wear it once a year and only with clothes that will show it off.
And the skirt was also a great find at a vintage store. I loved it then, and I love it now.
Side braids are so pretty, but it's so hard to control your hair if it's not long enough.
After shooting some pictures, it was going to be impossible going shopping wearing the stripped skirt.
I love it, but the slip it comes with is too narrow and it's hard to walk in. (I'll have to fix it later.)
So the only solution? to change!
OH, and all pictures taken by my mom who was not so pleased with my stunt ;)

This is my latest drawing finished. I actually finished it last week, and tomorrow I will know what grade I got.
However, I can already see the "mistakes" I made, so I'm not expecting that great of a grade. Below is the pic of how it all started.
This is a collage I made for class as well, although, I still can't see why a collage was part of the curriculum.
All this drawing I'm pulling lately has me sort of connected to jewelry. I don't understand the connection either, but I just can't stop buying or playing with it. And the pic only shows about one eighth of what I actually own.
Either way, my two worlds are working out together.

The one thing I love about cold weather is the ability to layer and layer and layer--especially for someone who is always cold. Therefore, I always load up on blazers and jackets whenever I can.
The colors and fit of this jacket will surely make it one of my go-to pieces this fall. I can't wait till the weather is just a little lower.
I have a pretty hard time editing my accessories. The more the merrier!
I'm also wearing a Spongebob "It's all Geek to Me" tshirt. He's so adorable wearing reading glasses.
I was also extra lucky to find this brooch. I know it doesn't look like it here, but when you just look at her, it looks like her eyes are closed, sleeping eternally.
It's not signed and I have no idea if it means something with that big hat and all, but I completely adore it. I've started to call it the "Sleeping Lady."
I'd figure it'd be a good contrast to the "Warrior Lady" on my Davis and Whiting cuff.
Wearing: Haberdasher blazer, Spongebob "It's all Geek to Me" tshirt, unknown brooches, Davis and Whiting cuff, and Guess pearl necklace.

For starters, I am so glad I finally started feeling better. I've been sick for a while, and although we still don't know all of what's wrong with me, at least I feel we've fixed half of it. It's such a difference when you're body is actually on your side.
Second, I can't get over this dress. I've been wearing it nonstop which isn't making some people happy. But I just can't put it down. The weather is perfect for it, and I just have to slip it on, and I'm ready.
It felt great going out and having the energy to pull into some random parking lot and take pictures.
I'm totally psyched you can see the moon on this pic.
Wearing: thrifted scarf, Coach bag, California Dynasty dress, and Carlos Santana shoes.

I've been so busy lately. It's been hard to catch my breath, but here's a couple of pics I've taken during the week.
I'm taking a drawing class this semester, and I can't accurately express how happy I am with the results.
I'm not exactly a talented artist, but I'm sort of ok. But the real value has been using different techniques and learning the different media available.
I started this one tonight, so I've still plenty to go. But got to say that I like Conte crayons better then compressed charcoal.
I can't even explain this pic taken at work of me and my best friend. She sort of looks demented.
