Kieran Culkin

Despite how much I loved Macaulay Culkin when I was younger, I have to say that now I love his brother just as much, if not more. Kieran Culkin has found that balance between acting, fame, and just "work" that comes with the hollywood life. He talked to Interview about Lymelife, his new movie, and some upcoming projects. Lymelife has Alex Baldwin, Rory Culkin, Cynthia Nixon, to name a few. I will be definitely looking out for his next works.

Missy Higgins - "Where I stood"

Ok, I have to be honest, for the last month I have been obsessed with the following song, and I just wanted to share it. Missy Higgins' voice completely captures the sad lyrics, but brings passion to her cause. Here's the video. Enjoy.

Stella McCartney

Although I consider a little unfair to have grown up into a more insignificant than average family (which I very much love, don't get me wrong), I have to say that some that grow up to be famous in the right way despite their family status, unlike paris hilton, are to be applauded. Stella McCartney is one big example. I completely loved fall 09 ready to wear collection, and here's some pieces I loved.

Library

As a book nerd that I am, I have found myself running out of room on my current book shelf. In fact plenty of books stands all around the book shelf, as if begging for a new place to live. I've been looking for a new shelf, but not luck yet. One day, when I can afford it, my dream is to have sort of library at my place. One day...

Extreme Beauty

Extreme Beauty in Vogue, the exhibition, turned out, I read, completely studded with celebreties. I must admit that some of the pictures I did not like, but meanwhile, I will share those which I did like, if only in a humorous way.

Anna Wintour

YES, it's true, Anna Wintour IS NOT leaving Vogue. I wonder why she would in the first place, or maybe she will leave for months to come but as of right now, she isn't. At least that's what Conde Nast (can't figure how to do the little accent thing on top of the "e") publisher confirmed. SO, we have plenty of Anna to go, and given the evidence I've gathered from reading Frong Row, her biography, I would assume she'll do anything to stay at Vogue, at least if that's what she wants.

Michelle Obama

Ok. SO I can't deny it. I love Michelle Obama. I love her grace, sense of humor, and the fact that for the first time ever, she has inspired me to be the first lady someday. Now all I have to do is find a presidential candidate and seduce him right then and there, but until that happens here's MObama's official white house portrait. She looks fresh and welcoming yet in so much control. The Michael Kors dress was an excellent choice and the pearls could not have said it better. I have some hunting to do now.
